      <description>&lt;P&gt;I checked the Samsung website and shows this phone is Volte compatible but the option to turn it on isn't displaying. Is this because my account is not yet provisioned?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You might ask the CSA to enable it now for your trip to US.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;added...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;new account have volte enabled as part of the activation process.&amp;nbsp; Is your account new (4 weeks ago or so) ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;@Anonymous&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Yes, at the moment S10E is not part of VoLTE list on PM.&amp;nbsp; Not sure if they will expand the list.&amp;nbsp; for now, for galaxy, you need at least S21 or above to be VoLTE&amp;nbsp; compatible&lt;/P&gt;</description>
