I activated my account yesterday and moved from freedom and opted for $40/15GB package, now today we got this new promos, I wonder if it is worth for me to create a ticket to ask for switching to this new $39/20GB plan?

What is the difference between the 2? I mean what is the catch?

You can always go into your self service account and change the plan on the next renewal date.

@solasguitarra , login to your online account and select the $39 plan options and select change on next renewal and confirm the change. You will be on the new plan the next plan cycle. No support required to make this change. By the way, make sure to use incognito mode on the browser when doing this.

And you know it’s will change to the 20gb plan for $39
