      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had auto payment set up on switched plans. &amp;nbsp;I double payed as I payed one month manually. &amp;nbsp;I don’t see any credit. &amp;nbsp;Will I get my one month back or credit. &amp;nbsp;I assume it doesn’t disappear. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to open a ticket but it’s not working&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
