hi All, the direct chatbot link https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot is not loading. Anyone have the same issue?

However, if i login to My Account, click Chatbot on top, then it loads

I am trying to get use to the new Community website page…not use this cartoonish format yet.

It could be the cut and paste issue. Not sure though.

@hTideGnow - my links I use (copy/paste) work okay.

I also notice this works from the My Account site: ITIA Chatbot (tiia.ai)

thanks @esjliv for the link.

Look like we cannot just submit a ticket using "Other"as the option like before. seems like you have to really go through the Chatbot exericse.
