What code should I use to call Lebanon the ones I use before is not working

@Gabyskaf I don’t think Lebanon is in the list for long distance , I’ve red here before that some people were able to call places that were not on list before but it seems PM has closed that loop

Lebanon is NOT on a long distance list to call. You cannot call it using PM service. And there is no add-on to call that country.
