Someone tried calling my Public Mobile number from the USA but they received a "No Route Found" error

message. Is the error on their side (their service provider) or is this something in the Public Mobile set up?

Any ideas?

cheers

Ask them to try again, or ask them to try a different phone number in Canada and see if the same happens.

Many thanks .....it is intermittent so that is likely the problem. Normally phone calls work fine so something is wrong with this service I guess
