Why can I not call to, or recieve calls from China? I use the proper protocols, have the proper add ons but still nothing. I am just getting frustrated that you cant actually talk to anyone. Computers suck at customer support.

you can call TO China wirh a proper add-on. You just need to buy this

500 China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan Long Distance Minutes - $15.00 (10 Rewards points)

For receiving calls from China, you can. If the call didn't come through, it is an issue from the caller side (your friend in China) Please ask them what sequence of number they dial to call you

I just tested dialling Bank of China's main Beijing number, and connected through just fine:

+86 10 6608 5566

011 10 6608 5566

What happens if you test trying to call that as well?

What message were you getting calling the other numbers you tried?

What do others calling you from China to your Canada phone number hear?
