      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/289616"&gt;@robinpaige&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how about incoming calls?&amp;nbsp; text ? mobile data?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;couple things to check first&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;reboot your phone once.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;reseat your sim card (Power down the phone, take sim card out for a minute, then put it back and power up)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;change your&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Preferred Network Type&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;or&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Network Mode&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;on your phone to 3G Only (or WCDMA).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Importanr thing to chexk&lt;/STRONG&gt; is to confirm if phone is connected in this mode at all&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;if you have another phone, put your sim card in that other phone and test&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;use your phone in another area, it could be a local network issue&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Had the phone at Apple Store and they did all the test and said it was a public mobile issue. The phone is working fine from the apple side of things&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/289616"&gt;@robinpaige&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does incoming calls, texts and data work?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Plan active? versus suspended&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try also adding prefix 1 in front of area code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As mentioned before, you could put your SIM card in another working phone. &amp;nbsp;This will help determine whether hardware issue versus PM service problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
