500 one-time Int'l LD bonus not working

500 one-time Int'l LD bonus is not working even though I still have 397 min. what should I do?

Does regular Canada talk work?

Which country are you calling? This add on only cover certain number of countries.

The most recent holiday add on includes:

International calling covers the following countries: Canada, United States, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, and Venezuela

There also a caching issue with this website. Maybe try to login with a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. That should provide the most accurate picture of your account details.

If you were once able to call Libya, then it was likely because certain countries were still be allowed to go through. But it seems Public is 'cleaning' these up as per to the listed countries in the addon.

I always tried to call Libya and it was working, now no countries are working at all.

The thing is its not calling any countries from the list.

@g91 - did you try other countries that are listed above, and they don't work either?

If you need to call Libya, you will need another source unfortunately. A calling card or something.

Libya is not on the list

You might be able to call before but PM has lately cut this back to what on the list, so, it could stop working now even it worked before

Several customers have mentioned that with this holiday add on, they were able to call other countries not listed. It was a glitch in the system and it looks like Public mobile closed this loophole. None of the Public mobile long distance add ons include Libya or other African countries.

For future reference, you may need to purchase a long distance calling card.
