      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/289383"&gt;@Nahoge0724&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In general, since Public mobile is a prepaid service, there are no refunds.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can contact CSA to see what they can do.&amp;nbsp; CSA may be able to offer a credit to your account for future payment.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;No guarantees though. YMMV.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
