are you making long distance call ? are you using the holiday bonus? or you are using the add-on you bought? If you buying, there are in fact two different LD add-on to buy , a US only one and the International LD add-on

Nothing seems to work for me. turn on and of my phone, resetting, all is a pain and still nothing works. Feeling ripped off. Paying for a service and not receiving it.

@oonakayak , did you buy the US long distance calling add-on? That is required to call the US from Canada.

I paid for US caLLING TWICE. Can't call. Don't call for my tickets. Very frustrateds. Cancelling is the next option.

did you put a 1 in front of the 10 digits? which US area you are calling?

also, login to My Account again using Incognito mode and confirm if you see the US Long Distance addon showing up on your My Add-ons list there

You are not giving us specific details. What add on did you purchase? A month ago you had problems calling US and Germany. You may not be purchasing the proper add on. If you want assistance here, you need to give us as much information as possible. Public Mobile is self serve. Most things need to be done by you...with help from other customers here, when possible.
