300 LD minutes are Not for USA!

You need 1000 USA LD minutes

@Jacob210 - are you in Canada? This addon is for use whilst in Canada and calling to USA.

If you are in USA, you need to purchase a ROAMING addon for services.

If in Canada, ensure you see the addon listed in your My Account, then try restarting your phone.

You bought the wrong Long distance add-on. Instead of 300 International, you should have got the 1000 US Long Distance minutes for $15

If you have not touched the 300 International LD addon yet, there is a good chance PM agent will be able to change it for you. Please submit a ticket

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Wrong Add-on / plan purhcased,
then select "Contact Us",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

"300 International Long Distance Minutes" does not include USA:

"Countries included in international long distance include: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela. Calls must originate from Canada."

There is a separate add-on for USA specifically as others have mentioned.

You may be able to open a ticket with CS Agents to get a refund if you tell them you bought the wrong add--on though...
