      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can’t make or receive calls. I’m in good standing with my account. I have reset my phone, turned the airplane on and off and I have also tried selecting the public mobile carrrier manually. Nothing works. Please help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
