I recently switched to PM and I missed replying to the text message to confirm the phone number transfer.

How can I re-iniate the phone number transfer now

I actually did respond today to the transfer request from Virgin and I cannot receive calls or texts. I called Virgin and they said Public mobile cancelled my request. Bizarre! I don't know who to contact.
