I just joined with a referral code my friend gave me. But your system charged the full amount. I was told it will be $10 off with the code. Did I miss any steps?

The $10 Friend referral bonus will be added to your account within 72 hours. You will see it in My Account Available Fund.

@opal747 If you just joined today, you should see it on your My Account within 72 hours

Your friend who refer you will also get a "Cha Ching" text telling him he got a new referral. So, he can confirm for you that the referral code worked (and just take time to show up on your end)

@opal747 - you always pay the full amount upon activation. Then the credit of $10 comes within 72 hours (as others indicated) and will credited on your next renewal of your plan.

hi @opal747 you can leave it there. The system will take the $10 during renewal and will charge the rest on yiur credit card. So, your next payment will be $10 less
