      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/286281"&gt;@PatriciaC&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It depends on what the refund is for.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Overcharge on plan - Yes but extra charge will remain in your account as credit for next month bill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Cancelled or ported number out plan before renewal date - No - not prorated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- SIM lost or not arrived over 3 weeks - No - only a replacement SIM will be sent out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just contact a CS_Agent if it is an overcharge for a refund but it may take 30 days to process…better just leave it as credit in your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
