What location did you buy this at?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note, we are not public mobile reps. here. We are all customers/members like you just trying to help one another out.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/46649"&gt;@kellilovelisa01&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Please REMOVE the number from your post for your own protection.&amp;nbsp; Go back to the post click on the down arrow on the top right and select Edit Message and remove the sim number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I used a SIM number check&amp;nbsp; program&amp;nbsp; and confirmed the number is actually correct.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, it could also be the card was activated already. Maybe the store gave you an old card?&amp;nbsp; Please take it back to the store (assuming you bought form store) and ask them for an exchange&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/162890"&gt;@hTideGnow&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, the last digit on the sim card is actually a check digit, that can at least confirm if the sim card number is valid.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But of course&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/132677"&gt;@esjliv&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; made a good point that we are not sure if OP tried activated once and encountered problem and re-attempt.&amp;nbsp; If he re-attempted after a successful or stuck activation, the page would show invalid number as well&lt;/P&gt;</description>
