@Derrickcindy , it can take up to 3 weeks to receive a SIM card from Public Mobile which is delivered through Canada Post. Some get theirs much faster but it took over 3 weeks for me to receive mine!

Edit: After you submit a support ticket & receive a response back from a CSA ask them if they would credit your account for the missing SIM card that you ordered if you go to a local Telus, Koodo, or Mobile Klinik store & purchase a SIM card there. They may do that for you.
