      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/122009"&gt;@Johnc2780&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;are you using Android or iPhone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if Android, try to clear message cache first&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Next to try, download another message app like Google Message&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last, try to click Reset All Networks, it will update the APN and should resolve the issue.&amp;nbsp; (Please note it will delete saved wifi connections as well, you just need to re-join them after)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
