      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/288666"&gt;@2508594456&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;you do need the old sim to reply Y&lt;SPAN&gt;ES&amp;nbsp; to the porting authorization text.&amp;nbsp; You have to contact your old provider to sort this out with them, maybe they are ok with a verbal approval&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;once sorted with old provider, call the PM porting team and they will re-trigger the porting request.&amp;nbsp; I will send you the porting team phone number to your community inbox&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/288666"&gt;@2508594456&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need the Shaw SIM to reply to the text confirming you are porting over to PM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will need to purchase another SIM and replace the old SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, your Shaw account must be active to allow your number to be ported.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Poster, I would suggest you submit a ticket to customer support and change your Community name, as I presume that is your phone number. Just safe to do, in my opinion.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
