      <description>&lt;P&gt;What sort of payment problem? Only the chatbot is non-human. You can contact support and you'll be with a real life person. But maybe we have some ideas to help you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can go to the public mobile page and click on 'get help'. There you can chat with SIMon and answer all those questions. It will tell you to get a ticket to chat/message with a live agent. Sometimes an agent can get to you fast, sometimes it takes a while. I've found these agents really helpful. I hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
