Sorry, nope…it is automatically generated by the system when you activated your SIM.

I would copy and paste your referral code and send it to your friend so there are no mistakes while entering when activating their SIM.

@Jessica7 - do you have characters that get mixed up easily? kinda of like 0 or O ?

When you share your code as the friend to copy and paste it, so it uses it accurately.

Not likely can get it changed, but you can ask a CSA. Bo to the bottom of the Community page to submit a ticket with Customer Support using the SIMon Chatbot option if you like.

@Jessica7 , I have not come across this request before. I would think that in the background, the referral code is used to link ongoing referrals to an account. Changing that could really cause a mess. Why would you need a new code anyway?

Yes, mixing letters and numbers can be easy. You need to explain that the particular letter or number is that letter or number. When I give the code I explain which is which to them.
