      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/288618"&gt;@Romana&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;sorry, PM is prepaid service and won't provide refund in such case.&amp;nbsp; You should have ported couple days ealier to avoid the charge&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you ported to Koodo or Telus, there is a chance they can do something on their end, but only for Koodo and Telus&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
