    <description>Hello, I've signed up for Public Mobile two weeks ago. I can text and call out but still have not been able to RECEIVE calls.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I ported my number over from Wind Mobile.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'd appreciate any help anyone could give me.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've tried powering down iPhone and reinstalling SIM Card.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm tired of waiting for this service to work.</description>
