    <description>&lt;P&gt;I will randomly not be able to make phone calls. It tells me that there is a call failure.I took my SIM card out and put it in another phone and it did the same thing. I can sometimes receive calls but often it says to the other caller that the call failed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/288346"&gt;@Alysia&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;first? what brand and model is your phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;was it working well before and it just had the issue?? or you just joined PM?&amp;nbsp; I wonder if it us a device compatibility issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Depends on your phone, yiu can either use 3G asa workaround or VoLTE , but let us know the model of your phone and will advise from there&lt;/P&gt;</description>
