Public Mobile is self serve. Are you not able to reset this yourself? Please give some details so someone can help you properly.

@japan2071 , password reset is a self serve function. What seems to be the problem? Try requesting the password reset using incognito mode on the browser. Check also the spam folder for response email.

i was going to get in online. i put the account and passward.

it show up that

{"message : " unauthorized"} --> like this.

i already did everything that you suggested (another browser and Incognito Window etc)

i can't get in online and can't pay and can't make a phone call. please reset my password!!! i neet to get very very important call tonight. 😞
