I applied for a SIM card on April 28th. When will it arrive?

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive , if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect

3 weeks is totally bull. Any other company 3 days at most.

@dollybud , some to get it in 3 days also but the websites says within 10 business days is typical but some users report 3 weeks … myself I prefer in person at Telus Koodo kiosk that sell them and it’s best to call them first and not waste a trip

Thanks for the information, I need it for important work next week. If not here by Monday, I will go to a mall that has Virgin and be on immediately. The five dollars is irrelevant.
