You won't be able to, Roaming is only available in the USA, there is no roaming availability in other areas of the world.

You will need to make arrangements with your bank such as by using e-mail or a different phone number.

@Ash9K not sure if you can change it at the moment, maybe you need to call CIBC, but Push notifications is what you need instead of text. From CIBC site:

Push notification

This is the most convenient way to get the code, especially while travelling, as all you need is to be connected to a Wi-Fi network. Push provides a stronger method of security and doesn’t require connection to a national cell phone network.
