But it is just a payment history that does not include tax&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you need official invoices showing tax, you will have to open ticket with support:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi There,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Under the payments tab, click the View Payment History link. Once there, you can apply date filters or by card. Once you have the correct date range, click the Download link at the top right hand corner of the page.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/280611"&gt;@fbotca&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; An invoice is only available for a short period after making a manual top up to the account otherwise you need to contact support and ask them for invoices.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Normally chatbot is recommended to contact CSA's but I notice some threads mention that it's not working ATM so you can send a private message instead to CS_Agent here:&amp;nbsp; &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
