      <title>Not receiving calls or texts</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I activated my account yesterday but I can't receive texts or calls. When someone calls, they get a message saying the number is not in service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My internet seems to be working and I can call but not text. This is a new number, I didn't transfer the number from another company.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My phone is a Pixel 3 and it's compatible. I don't know what's going on and how to fix it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Normally, the chatbot would be used to open a ticket, but there are some tempoary issues with the ticketing process. If you did, the most important step in completing the porting is to reply with YES to the text with your old SIM in your phone. You have 90 minutes to reply or you will experience incomplete calling or texting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you miss this step?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you picked a new number, reboot your phone by powering it off then back on and see if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
