Normally, that's done through the chatbot, but as there are technical issues currently with the ticketing process, you would need to a send a private message to CS_Agent.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/283530"&gt;@tangtsz&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can you tell us more what problem you have&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;do you have error like 821 or 837?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but first , check your credit card and confirm if PM has charge you yet before you decide what to do next&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If PM didn't charge you on your earlier attempt, you can try to activate again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you activate with porting in your number, please provide the account number for your old provider instead of the IMEI number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
