Hi, I just switched over but when someone calls me I can't see who it is. Just says unknown caller.

Is the person calling you in your contact list? Do they have an unlisted number?

@Kjussila can you try to reseat your sim card and reboot the phone?

Try to hvae different friends to call you and see if caller id works

I interpret "unknown caller" as no number showing up either, in which case it wouldn't make a difference if the nubmer was in the contact list.

I got “unknown caller” is from friends and family with unlisted number but their name will show if it is a listed number.
