      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm trying to port my number and open a new account but my visa and my visa debit keep getting declined even though both accounts have sufficient funds to pay.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I do have another Public account...this one i am setting up for my foster daughter. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If I can't get this to work tonight I won't be able to port my number as my lucky plan expires tomorrow. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
