    <description>&lt;P&gt;Out of curiosity,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/288087"&gt;@Vicky7809&lt;/a&gt;, when you search the Network Connections under Settings, is it showing as pointing to T-Mobile, or Public Mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try toggling off Automatic, and ensuring it's set to Public Mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may wish to set back to Automatic once Public Mobile is showing as the carrier.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My account says that it is suspended due to non payment but my account is automatically paid by CC and is paid up until late May. When my husband tried to phone my number it says that my number is still in the US which is where we have been until May 5.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
