      <description>&lt;P&gt;Re the voicemail issue, try this,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/288063"&gt;@forwardmick&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To reset voicemail back to default, dial: (this may or may not work depending on the issue, but worth a try)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;##004#&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
