How can I have the fund’s in my account be credited back to my visa?

I have already enabled automatic payment withdrawal.

@AlainBoyer1_ you can't get it credit back on your credit card as PM is a prepaid provider.

however, no worry, your money won't be wasted.

On next renewal, PM will use the money from your Available fund on your My Account first. If still any outstanding balance, PM will then get it from your credit card as you have Automatic payment enabled.

PM is a prepaid provider and they do not provide refund in such situation. So, maybe stay here long till the money are all used up before you cancel or port your number away

No. Public Mobile is prepaid. There are no refunds. Best to use it all up before you leave.

Unless you have an older account on the $$ rewards program then you will likely have someone willing to take over your account and make an "arrangement" with them to "refund" your balance. If you want info on how this can be done safely and securely you can contact me by private message for more info.

If you want cancel your account, make sure no money in your available funds and disable auto pay function.
