Authentication Portal Down?

Wanted to purchase a US Roaming plan but couldn't get authenticated ("This page is down or unavailable for maintenance.")

Upon refresh it keeps going back to the "page down or unavailable message."

Yes, the self-serve My Account is down. When you get that particular message, it means the self-serve My Account has been taken offline due to overnight maintenance, which wouldn’t be an issue if there was some way a PM user could figure this out without having to log into their account before they get that message.

It should hopefully be back up and running by around 9 AM.

You should also remove or edit the image that you added to your post, since it contains someone's name from the Signal app.
