Hello,

My parents decided to move to public mobile, 3 weeks ago. During the part when they were supposed to port their number, there was a technical error, so a public mobil agent offered to fill the form for them. She did, but then they couldn't acces the self serve page nor their account page. It's been 3 weeks now that both my parents are without phones, because they can't fix their error. Last week they decided that enough is enough and they asked for their account number in order to move to another company since Public Mobil can't fix their own technical issues, but instead of receiving it, the agent keeps on asking to be patient and that they are going to fix their technical errors. It been more then 3 weeks that my parents don't have acces to their mobile phones because of this. Can somebody please help me get these contract numbers so that they can move to another company. Please, their phone numbers are 514******** and 514************.

Thank You

NVM It just was solved.
