Can't send SMS tonight

I can't seem to send text messages tonight. It shows sending and then eventually doesn't send. Is there a problem with the network

Is talk working? data?

Are you using android or iPhone?

If you are using RCS message (android) or iMessage (iPhone), you need to be connected to data or Wifi.

If rebooting does not help, try network reset of phone (this will erase Wifi password settings)
