      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im trying to activate my account and change my plan, but the system won't let me do the payment. Every time I do it says "Ops something went wrong".&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have a Visa Debit card then try that. But you can only try payments twice. Then you have to wait an hour.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or buy a voucher to make the payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then you can take your time with the card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
