When I make a phone call it says I am out of minutes but I just renewed my account that wasn’t disconnected. It was still active and my dad. It still works but I still can’t make calls. My renewal date is today to renew, but I change the whole plan so it’s not working as of yet.

make sure to use private/incognito mode when accessing self-serve.

Also, tap those circular refresh icons in the page itself to get an updated version of the page.

Try rebooting your phone by powering it off then back on and see if that helps.
