Cant send Short code text - error 0

I can not send a text message to a 6 digit short code. I keep getting "Can't send with public mobile - error 0"

I am using a Samsung S10

Premium text message setting is on

I have a monthly unlimited call and text plan.

@BL89 what short code is that? you see your code here? only codes found in this site are supported

The short code 959959. Which is on the list.

It's a radio station and I'm not sure how everyone else is able to text to the number.

@BL89 yes, the shortcode is there and it should work.

I tested it myself by sending STOP and it works

did you ever got it working?

Regular texting work? you able to send other shortcode?

if you have another phone, test the PM sim there and send the code

If it still does not work, I suggest you to open ticket with support have them to investigate further
