The ticket about the SIM card did not arrive over 10 days has been submitted yesterday but seems no answer. Do you know when the answer can be expected? Thank you

@eyy2000 usually within couple hours like 2 to 4. They likely offer to reimburse you the cost if you decide to buy again in person from a Telus/Koodo store or they will resend you another one

if you happen to be in the GTA area, these guys have the PM sims for about $6 and have a local pick-up option. They also promise very fast shipping. Mine arrived in 5 days after ordering.

Public mobile does not process orders on weekends. I would wait 10 business days before asking customer service agent. Seems that there have been a delay in CSA response recently.

Amazon also sells SIM cards and with prime delivery, it is quicker and it is on sale for $4.99.
