Hi there I on the phone with Telus and they have informed me that this number I want 778-585-xxxx is a public mobile number that is no longer in service. Can you release this number to me asap.

I can then go to Mobile Klinik Professional Smartphone Repair - Orchard Park Shopping Centre. Kelowna, BC and activate the number on public mobile.

Unfotunately, there are no stores that you can go to activate Public Mobile service. Your local Mobile Klinik might have a Public Mobile SIM card to sell you but the activation needs to be performed by you on the Public Mobile website.l
