    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, call forwarding seems to have broken in conjunction with the messy volte roll out. You can forward all, but not the conditionals. User &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/108791"&gt;@LitlLdy&lt;/a&gt; seemed to have success asking support to fix it. Do you know if your device got enabled for volte?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I had to submit a ticket &amp;amp; ask for a Senior CSA to get it fixed on their end so I could use call forwarding again! Now it works fine.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
