The call forwarding services doesn't work with my phone, I tried many ways but still doesn't work

Yes, call forwarding seems to have broken in conjunction with the messy volte roll out. You can forward all, but not the conditionals. User @LitlLdy seemed to have success asking support to fix it. Do you know if your device got enabled for volte?

@Tawfik , I don’t know if you have VoLTE activated on your account but if so it’s been known to cause issues with call forwarding. I had to submit a ticket & ask for a Senior CSA to get it fixed on their end so I could use call forwarding again! Now it works fine.
