      <title>I want to transfer my public mobile number to a new provider but lost my SIM card (porting issues)</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, today I got a phoneplan with Chatr and asked them to transfer my public mobile number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;that process requires for me to confirm the transfer with the public mobile number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;unfortunately I left the sim in another country and can’t do the confirmation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the Agent from ChatR advised me to call/contact public mobile to ask if they can manually confirm the porting/ transfer of the number to a new provider. Is there a way to speak with an agent&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The other way to do it would be to get Public Mobile to manually approve the phone number trasnfer.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately, the Public Mobile CSA would need to do this within 90 minutes of Chatr making the request.&amp;nbsp; Public Mobile customer support agents are contacting by opening a ticket in the chatbot:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
