If longer than 90 days...it's deactivated for good...you need a new sim to start a new account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;added..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;dial 611 from that phone to hear account status.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/172733"&gt;@stang123&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Are you or your dad trying to reactivate an account that has been suspended?&amp;nbsp; As long as the account is still within 90 days of suspension you can purchase a voucher from SDM, 7/11, London Drugs or Shell and add the funds by dialing 611 on his phone to reactivate it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, if the account was suspended for more than 90 days without payment, then the account and number would be deactivated.&amp;nbsp; You can call 611 and see what message you are hearing about payment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
