Need help buying add on

I'm leaving for the US tomorrow morning and I'm trying to by the 30.00 roaming and data add on but it will not accepted my credit card (which is my present method of payment), even when I tried to use my Visa Debit it won't work, the message says Opps something went wrong. Can anyone help?

Why will you buy US $30 add-on again when you're leaving ? It doesn't make sense.
