      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to add US Roam-Talk Txt 3 GB to my account $33.60,&amp;nbsp; I'm also on pre-authorized payments .every time I went to pay I get a something went wrong notice ? so I kept trying 10 times It never added US Roam to my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After talking to credit card company the charges did go thru 10 times,can someone reverse 9 of the charges and add the US roaming to my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use &lt;STRONG&gt;computer&lt;/STRONG&gt; and not phone to log in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It looks like something of off with PM today. SO many complains regarding top up, add-ons and manual payments.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Not great considering I just put $150 into my account, but at least the issue is solved for me. Hope it works for you too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
