    <description>&lt;P&gt;Phone rebooted&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;network settings reset&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My account cycle just started so that’s fine&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have 20 Gb in the plan and used up a small 1gb&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;haven’t tested texting&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;no data&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;no internet&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;account has been checked and is active&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;no arrears in payment&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;toggled airplane mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have 2 separate public mobile accounts. We're in Ottawa, ON.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have experienced a complete outage for a few hours on Tuesday. The service is back since then, but no data. There's obviously an outage since those are two separate accounts on two separate devices, happening at the same time. Will appreciate any clues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
